Another long day along the Austrian border with 43 km. I struggled a bit with my left foot when setting off but it got better in the afternoon. I followed the Salzach river all day with some nice but not changing scenery. In the evening there were thousands of mosquitoes and I didnt even want to stop to get food out of my backpack. I looked for half an hour to find a sleeping spot with a bit less mosquitoes but still barely slept as they were all over me the entire night.
Approaching the Alpes now and looking forward to a change from the river monotony.
