Long day with 46km of running. In the morning I went up a long valley and was very fast until the afternoon when I went up to a pass at 1.800 meters and the trail was more climbing than running but absolutely beautiful. A long descend down to Neuschwanstein castle and an evening jump into the Alpsee to reward me for the day of running. I also met up with Bayrischer Rundfunk for an Interview. Its coming on Bayern 1 tomorrow and BR24 on Monday. Feeling good and eager for the final push back to Lindau.
